May 18th 2020

Today the City of London launched a digital arts programme for Mental Health Awareness Week with the Barbican Centre, Museum of London and LSO.

Our City Together is a collaborative project from the City of London Corporation, bringing together cultural organisations and partners across the Square Mile. This new platform showcases online music, art, film, lectures, photography, research, museum collections and more from organisations including the Barbican Centre, Museum of London, Guildhall Art Gallery, London Symphony Orchestra, Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Culture Mile, Tower Bridge, Keats House, St Paul’s Cathedral, Bevis Marks Synagogue and Bishopsgate Institute, along with many more.

With history dating back over 2,000 years, the City of London is unique in the capital. The Our City Together initiative aims to bring to life this rich and diverse heritage in playful, inspiring, positive, yet thoughtful ways – showing how creativity and culture can boost wellbeing and bring people together. We also hope to show how history can help us make sense of the new circumstances we find ourselves in.
