After over 20 years as the world’s most sought after make-up artist, both on the catwalk and the red carpet, and having worked as a creative consultant to some of the world’s biggest beauty brands, including Tom Ford, Mac and Chanel, Charlotte Tilbury launched her own beauty brand in 2013.
In only three years, Charlotte Tilbury has become the fastest growing beauty brand, adored by icons like Natalie Portman, Gisele Bundchen and Kate Moss – who not only entrusted Charlotte with her wedding make-up, but also backed the launch of Charlotte’s very first scent in July of this year.
Participants had the chance to ask Charlotte about how she made the transition from freelancer to founder, how she’s grown her formidable global following and why last year she made the decision to hire a CEO.
